Bob Arlidge

Bob Arlidge is a fine bassist/composer who lives & works in the Kingston area. Proficient on both electric & string bass, Bob has been busy since relocating here in 1998.

Bob has performed in the musicals Forever Plaid, Godspell, Blue Champagne, A Matter of Heart, Annie, H.M.S. Pinafore, A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum, and Man of LaMancha. He was a founding member of the "Swing Cats", Kingston's own 9 piece jive band. The summer of 2001 found Bob touring with Celtic singer/fiddler Kelli Trottier. Bob is also a regular contributor to the jazz scene and works with, among others, Patricia Murray, Spencer Evans, Georgette Fry and Paul Chabot.
Bob also produced the recent "Pat Murray - Live at Monte's" album and has done session work for a number of projects.
